It didn't take long to make my way over to the east side of town. Traffic on the highway was scarce, proof people were taking Labor Day seriously. I walked over to inspect it and said hello to David and the boys. I popped into the kitchen to hug Amanda hello. Shortly thereafter, David headed to work and we drove off to visit Amanda's mom.
Since Amanda and I both write for A Deeper Family, we thought we'd do something different this time around after I spent the day with her family on Labor Day.
